Uiseong Catholic Church is a parish of the Uiseong District in the Diocese of Andong and serves as the center for Mass, sacramental life, catechesis, and community activity for Catholics in Uiseong-eup and surrounding areas. The Catholic Directory of Korea confirms that Sisters of the Handmaids of the Sacred Heart of Jesus share in the parish's ministry and that the parish has one mission station under its care.
