Strong public Church sources do not provide a sufficiently clear chronology of exactly which parish territory was divided, where the first temporary church was located, or when the present church was begun and dedicated. After its foundation, the parish became established as a local Catholic community in Siheung 5-dong, organizing liturgy, the sacraments, catechesis, and parish groups.
