Navy Central Catholic Church is a Navy parish of the Military Ordinariate of Korea in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The Military Ordinariate's official parish information gives its patron as Saint Mary, “Star of the Sea,” and the Korean Catholic Directory lists the same place as a Navy parish of the ordinariate.
Military Ordinariate personnel records associate the parish with the Capital Area Service Support Battalion, while the parish information includes instruction for sailors among its regular pastoral activities. The parish therefore serves as a military Catholic community where Navy personnel stationed in the capital area can continue their life of Mass and the sacraments and receive faith formation. After its establishment, the parish name “Navy Central” continues to appear in Military Ordinariate clergy assignments. The 2026 appointments reported by the Catholic Peace Newspaper again list the pastorate of Navy Central as a distinct assignment, showing that the parish itself has continued as an independent pastoral unit despite the regular rotation of military chaplains.
