충무대 성당 is a Navy-affiliated parish of the Military Ordinariate of Korea, serving the Catholic faith life of military personnel. It is currently located at 경상북도 포항시 남구 오천읍 충무로 70 사서함 209-8호, and its patronal dedication is the Resurrection of Jesus.

History & origins
충무대 성당 began on May 20, 1953, when its first chaplain, Father Kim Chang-seok, arrived at the front and celebrated Mass with seven service members in a temporary tent barracks. The community was then in Paju, Gyeonggi-do, with the 1st Brigade, the predecessor of the Marine Corps 1st Division. On March 12, 1959, it moved from Paju to Pohang and continued its military ministry centered on the Marine Corps 1st Division. In 2012, as it approached its 60th anniversary, the parish prepared a commemorative Mass and a 60-year history.
