About this place
Sacred Blood Spiritual House / Resting Place is a retreat and prayer facility registered in the Diocese of Masan, located on the same grounds as the Korean Provincial House of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ in Gusan-myeon, Masanhappo-gu, Changwon. The Catholic Directory of Korea identifies the Adorers of the Blood of Christ as the religious community responsible for the house, and the Korean Bishops’ Conference guide to retreat and prayer houses likewise lists Sacred Blood Spiritual House in the Diocese of Masan under the care of the same congregation.
This is not a territorial parish church, but a place intended to support prayer, retreats, faith formation, and spiritual rest. The Diocese of Masan has used the house for diocesan programs such as engaged-couples weekends, and diocesan records also identify it as a venue for youth Bible-reading retreats. It is therefore best understood as a place where the prayer life of a religious community meets the spiritual formation of Catholics from across the diocese.
