The Yeowol-dong community of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate (Marianists) in Bucheon is a women's religious community registered within the Diocese of Incheon. The Guide to the Catholic Church in Korea places the 'Yeowol-dong Community' at the same address as Yeowol-dong Parish, and the parish directory likewise identifies the Daughters of Mary Immaculate as the religious congregation serving the parish. The site is therefore both a place of religious common life and an apostolic presence directly connected with the parish community.

Within the Marianist Family, the Daughters of Mary Immaculate have made the formation of faith communities, education, and the continuing formation of believers important parts of their mission. At Yeowol-dong this mission takes concrete form through cooperation with parish life.
