About this place
Galsan-dong Catholic Church is an independent parish of the Diocese of Incheon, serving the liturgical and sacramental life of Catholics in the broader Bupyeong area. The Diocese of Incheon lists Galsan-dong as a separate parish, and the community continues around its present church located in Samsan-dong.
Although the parish is named Galsan-dong, the present church stands in Samsan-dong, so the name should not be read simply as a current administrative location. Its central identity is the ecclesial community of Galsan-dong Parish within the Diocese of Incheon, where Catholics gather for Mass, the sacraments, formation, and fellowship.
