Sandong Mission Station is a Catholic mission community in Sandong-myeon, Gurye County, belonging to Gurye Parish in the Archdiocese of Gwangju. The archdiocese records its establishment on June 12, 2007 and identifies Sandong-myeon as its pastoral area.
A Korean Catholic gongso, or mission station, is a local community smaller than an independent parish, where Catholics gather for prayer and liturgical life under the pastoral care of a mother parish.
