About this place
Seonggwangwon Mission Station is a Catholic mission community in Gwangseok-myeon, Nonsan, officially listed by the Diocese of Daejeon in the national Catholic directory. A mission station is a smaller local faith community under the pastoral care of a parish, where Catholics gather to sustain prayer and communal religious life. Seonggwangwon is confirmed as one such community within the local network of the Diocese of Daejeon.
The public official directory clearly confirms the current name and location of Seonggwangwon Mission Station but does not provide a stable public schedule for liturgies or detailed operational information. Visitors should therefore understand it not as an independent parish church but as a small community space in which mission-station Catholic life continues in the Nonsan area. When planning a visit, any specific liturgical schedule should be checked against the latest information from the responsible church authority.
