About this place
Songnim Mission Station is a Catholic mission station belonging to Goa Parish in the Archdiocese of Daegu, located on Songpyeong-gu-gil in Goa-eup, Gumi. The official archdiocesan page for Goa Parish lists Bonghan, Songnim, and Yeonheung as its mission stations, confirming that Songnim is a local Catholic community within the pastoral structure of Goa Parish.
As a mission station, its primary role is not the administrative function of an independent parish but providing a place where Catholics living away from the parish church can sustain community life and remain connected with their parish. Songnim is therefore most accurately understood as a local community and prayer place attached to Goa Parish.
