The official Daegu archdiocesan weekly announced a silver-jubilee Mass and celebration for the parish’s twenty-fifth anniversary at Songhyeon Catholic Church on May 20, 2007. Together, the establishment date and this anniversary record show that the parish continued as a local community for at least a generation after its foundation in the early 1980s.
