Gaba Mission Station is a Catholic mission station of the Diocese of Masan in the Gaba area of Dongbu-myeon, Geoje. The Catholic Bishops' Conference of Korea directory currently lists “Gaba” as a mission station of the diocese. As a local Catholic community smaller than an independent parish church, its basic character is that of a nearby place where Catholics living some distance from a parish church can gather for prayer and maintain community relationships.

In southern Geoje, where coastal settlements and villages are spread over a broad area, a mission station provides a small local point that keeps Catholic life close to people's everyday surroundings.
