About this place
The Chuncheon branch of the Caritas Sisters of Jesus is a community of the Seoul Province located in the Ungyo-dong area of the Diocese of Chuncheon. The official Catholic directory confirms the present branch, while the congregation's own apostolate page specifically lists Ungyo-dong in the Diocese of Chuncheon among its parish apostolates. The branch can therefore be understood as a local base where religious community life is directly connected with parish ministry.
In its parish apostolate, the congregation emphasizes catechesis and explicit proclamation of the Gospel, active participation in liturgical prayer, human and Christian solidarity, and various forms of missionary cooperation. In this context, the Chuncheon branch is more than a residence: it is a base for the congregation's apostolic service within the local parish community, expressing the merciful love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus through education, liturgy, and service.
