In August 1976, the Seongsan mission community was separated from Hongcheon Parish and elevated to become Seongsan Parish, creating a parish center for pastoral care of mission stations in eastern Hongcheon. The Diocese of Chuncheon now records Yeongnae as a mission station under Seongsan Parish. This confirms its continuing place in the rural pastoral network centered on Seongsan, sustaining prayer and liturgical life for the local Catholic community.
