Seocheongju Catholic Church is the parish church of Seocheongju Parish in the Heungdeok District of the Catholic Diocese of Cheongju, serving Catholics in Biha-dong and the western urban area of Cheongju. The diocese identifies Saint Michael the Archangel as the parish patron. Its pastoral territory includes residential areas and zones shaped by the westward expansion of the city, giving it a distinctly urban character unlike older rural mission-station communities.
