About this place
Chupungnyeong Outstation is a Catholic outstation under Hwanggan Parish in the Diocese of Cheongju, serving Catholics in Chupungnyeong-myeon, Yeongdong County. The directory of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Korea lists it as an outstation of the Diocese of Cheongju and explicitly identifies Hwanggan as its mother parish.
