Udong Church

Udong Catholic Church is a parish of the Udong District in the Diocese of Busan and serves as the center of the Catholic community in and around Udong, Haeundae-gu, Busan. The official Catholic Directory in Korea lists St. Mark as its patron and records the presence of the Society of Jesus Sisters in the parish community. Located within Haeundae's dense residential and commercial area, it is a local center where Mass, the sacraments, faith formation, and community activities take place.

Udong is an area whose residential and everyday infrastructure expanded greatly with the urban growth of Haeundae. The parish enables local Catholics to participate in the liturgy, deepen their faith, and maintain communal relationships close to where they live.
